This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in proceeding with the enquiry and continuing the petitioner under suspension.

Counter affidavit is filed by the third respondent. 3.

When the matter is taken up for admission today, it is informed by both the counsel that the order of termination was passed and in view of the same the petitioner wants to challenge the order of termination by taking recourse to the appropriate legal proceedings. 4.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
