HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.417 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.900 of 2018 on the file of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 11.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, on 09.8.2019, vide P.R.C.No.118 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
