No.92 of 2002 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, published on 30.7.2003 directing reinstatement of 1st respondent with continuity of service and 50% back wages and quash the same as being illegal, without jurisdiction and invalid.
2. On 29.12.2010, this court passed the following order: "Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent No.1 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service within six weeks. If for any reason, the notice is not served, the same shall be brought to the notice of the Registry without fail. In default, the writ petition stands dismissed against respondent No.1 without further reference to the Court."
3. In spite of specific direction of this court, the petitioner has not sent notice to the first respondent. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition.
