The case of the petitioner is that he made application on 27-01-2017 for conducting of survey to the 4th respondent in respect of subject land i.e. 1007 square feet, house site bearing Sy.No.74/4 situated at East Gangavaram Village, Tallur Mandal. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who submits that the petitioner has to submit necessary documents along with the application.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 27-01-2017 made by the petitioner. It is open for the petitioner to submit necessary documents in support of his application. Said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
