O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2777 of 2016. It is now stated that pursuant to the aforestated order, which requires the authorities to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015, the Government of Telangana through its Irrigation and CAD Department issued letter dated 04.03.2017 rejecting the representation. In that view of the matter, the order passed by the Tribunal stands complied with. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by this development. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
