This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.160 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 120(b), 153(a), 504, 506 read with Section 149 I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
