Satyanarayana Rao COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT : The Public Prosecutor (TG[) Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 287 of 2013 of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District, the Court made the following ORDER:
The petitioner, who is accused No.24 in Crime No.287 of 2013 of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 409 and 420, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.
The allegations against the petitioner are that he along with the other accused had sanctioned loans from the District Coo-operative Bank, Devarakonda Branch on bogus title deeds, fake pattadar passbooks etc., and misappropriated huge amount.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him, that initially the name of the petitioner was not mentioned in the FIR but, subsequently, he is arrayed as accused No.24, that the petitioner is a former Vice President of the PACS, Devarakonda and the other accused were also granted bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. (Contd. 2.)

In the circumstances, the petitioner-A24 is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Devarakonda, within ten days from today and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., for a period of (10) days and to co-operate with the investigation.
