THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13112 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in P.R.C.No.24 of 2010 on the file of the Court of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
