This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.35 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Nellore.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigation officer submitted the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
