HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 1715 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the sale deed dated 20.11.2019 executed by respondent Nos.10 to 15 in favour of respondent No.7-a partnership firm comprising of respondents 8 and 9, which is registered as document No.7311 of 2019 in the office of 5th respondent with regard to Plot No.130, admeasuring 483.00 Sq.Yards or 403.00 Sq.Meters in layout No.1 (Ac.8.15 guntas) in Survey Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 of Hathiguda Village, earlier Hayathnagar Revenue Mandal and now in Abdullapurmet Revenue Mandal. A reading of the writ affidavit goes to show that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. When the learned counsel for the petitioners was asked about the same, he also admits that there are disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents.

This court cannot go into the said aspect in the writ petition and grant any relief. More so, petitioners have alternate efficacious remedy of approaching Civil Court.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of filing Civil Suit before the Civil Court. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
