Sri B.Abhilash, learned counsel representing Sri M.Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the order dated 09.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.4273 of 2018, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. I.A.No.1 of 2019 shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
