...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Respondent No. 2 to 4 and 7 in interfering personal life and liberty of the petitioners by threatening the

petitioner to surrender the adopted Child by namely Vankudoth Ravi Raj Naik from the adopted parents without having Jurisdiction, without following due process of law and without given any opportunity or notice to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary against violative of principles of natural justice Consequently to direct the Respondents No, 'l to 7 not to threatening the petitioner to surrender the adopted Child by namely Vankudoth Ravi Raj Naik from the adopted parents. lA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1 to 7 not to interfere personal life and liberty of the petitioners by threatening to surrender the adopted Child by namely Vankudoth Ravi Raj Naik from the adopted parents.
