This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in registering the deed of cancellation dated 15.04.2008 executed by the respondents 3 and 4.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is settled out of the Court, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
