THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 28059 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner is a Minority Educational Society running B.Ed. Courses for minority students. It states that respondent No.4National Council for Teacher Education granted recognition for running B.Ed. Programme for 50 students at CBHK Memorial College, Tadigotla Village, KSRM Post Office, C.K.Dinne, Kadapa Town for the academic year 2016-17. The said academic year was completed.

It appears that when respondent No.3-Secretary, Yogi Vemana University issued a notification on 05.08.2017 indicating the last date of receipt of examination fee as 24.08.2017 and when examination fee paid by the petitioner was not accepted by respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed. Along with the writ petition, the petitioner did not file any copy of the list of students approved by respondent No.2-Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education. In the absence of such approval by respondent No.2, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be redressed in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
