This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus declaring the order of the 1st respondent dated 12.01.2009 in Lr.No.9091/LTR-2/2008-2 rejecting the stay petition against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 21.6.2008 in C.M.A.No.5/2008 in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.153/1 & 200/2 measuring an extents of Acs.3.35 cents & Acs.4.38 cents total measuring Ac.s.7.73 cents situated at Pinapally Village of Bhadrachalam Mandal, Khammam District as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents herein not to dispossess the petitioner from the possession and enjoyment of the subject land Sy.Nos.153/1 & 200/2 total measuring Acs.7.73 cents situated at Pinapally Village of Bhadrachalam Mandal, Khammam District pending disposal of the Revision petition in Memo No.9091/LTR-2/2008-2 on the file of the 1st respondent."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

On 18.02.2009, already this Court granted interim stay directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are hereby directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property till disposal of the Revision Petition in Memo No.9091/LTR-2/2008-2 on the file of respondent No.1.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
