HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4965 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the letter dated 04.01.2017 addressed by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent.

Heard both sides.

The letter dated 04.01.2017 addressed by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent is only an internal communication between them. Basing on the said letter dated 04.01.2017, no action is being initiated under Section 145 Cr.P.C., as such, the writ petition is premature as contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if any proceedings are issued under Section 145 Cr.P.C., it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 14.02.2017 t k.
