HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.573 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A3, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.819 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O., Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465 and 506 IPC.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

3. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioners. The first bail application filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 06.11.2019 in Crl.P.No.6847 of 2019. There are specific allegations that the complainant has paid a sum of Rs.15 lakhs to the 1st petitioner through cheque. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioners to entertain this bail application.
