HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 7483 of 2006 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Sri Mukund Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the authorities against the complaint in the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the authorities and we hope and trust that if representation is made, the representation is required to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the concerned authority.
