THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.21157 of 2012 ORDER :

Petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to avail appropriate remedies as available in law against the order of respondent-Corporation dated 04.07.2011 rejecting the application for regularization of unauthorized constructions made.

2. The said request is accepted and petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order granted on 03.08.2012 shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
