This Writ Petition has been filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondent Corporation on the Application dated 14.02.2017 submitted by the petitioner seeking permission for construction of a building in premises bearing D. No. 8-2-1/2, Karmanghat Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

The prayer of the petitioner being limited, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the respondent Corporation to consider the Application dated 14.02.2017 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
