THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37425 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.181 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint filed by her against the respondents 4 to 11, the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.181 of 2016 on 24.08.2016 for the offences under Sections 452, 354(b), 509, 327, 427, 323 r/w 34 IPC, but, so far no steps have been taken.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.181 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 10.11.2016.
