This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 ar.d 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the. petitioner/ Accused in Crime.No.246 of 2023 on tJle hle of Sangareddy Town Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 38O of IPC and Section 20(b) (ii) (C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NPDS ActJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has entered into the Court complex and committed theft of case property which is 30 kgs. of ganja.

In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant relief of regular bail5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
