THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1969 of 2006 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner placed on record the memo, dated 16.12.2019, vide U.S.R.No.76766 of 2019. From a perusal of the said memo, it is evident that the petitioner died. The notice sent to the petitioner returned with postal acknowledgment as 'addressee died'.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the present criminal revision case stands abated, by virtue of the death of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
