This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.633 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
