HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.579 of 2020 O R D E R :

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.227 of 2019 on the file of the I Town Police Station, Nizamabad District, is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the Court concerned. In view of the same, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
