HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.16606 of 2016 ORDER:

Pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2016, learned Public Prosecutor has filed call data of the deceased cell number regarding call made to her brother on 23.04.2016 at around 10:30 a.m. According to the call data, the deceased called the de facto complainant on 23.04.2016 at 10:45.52, 10:50.05, 10:50.57 and 11:03.29 a.m., which prima-facie establishes that the deceased has conveyed something to the de facto complainant. I am not giving any opinion what she conveyed to the de facto complainant or not, which is subject matter of the investigation and trial.

However, in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail.

The criminal petition is, accordingly, dismissed. _____________________ SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J Date: 15.12.2016 BSS
