Upon hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage as follows: Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, N.B.W issued by the learned II Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District in Crl.M.P.No.2356 of in C.C.No.192 of is recalled and the petitioner/appellant/accused is granted time till 23-02-2015 to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the trial Court as directed in Crl.M.P.No.779 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No.630 of 2012, failing which, this Order shall stand cancelled.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
