This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue Writ, or Writs, Order or Orders more particularly in the nature of mandamus thereby rejecting the issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed for petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.4-.00 guntas in Survey No.885 (old), sy.No.696 (New) of Jannawada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and orders dt.05.07.2018 in proceedings No.B/2009/2018 by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to set aside the orders dt.05.07.2018."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the impugned order, dated 05.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, though does not dispute the same, he submits that except enclosing copy of impugned order to the counter in Contempt Case No.1866 of 2018, the impugned order is not communicated to the petitioner as on today.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal
against the impugned order, dated 05.07.2018 passed by the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent is directed to communicate the copy of the impugned order to the petitioner within a period of two
(2) weeks, if not already dispatched.
