The petitioner herein seeks a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to complete the investigation as per Letter ROC No.2554/TSLSA/z019 dated 15.06.2019 on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2019 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader For Home appearing for the official respondent Nos.l to 4 and perused the record. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though a letter dated 15.06.2019 vide ROC No.2554ITSLSA/2019 was addressed by the Administrative Officer, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan, Puranahaveli, Hyderabad, to the respondent No.3 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2019, the respondent-police did not take any action so far, which is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 4.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that pursuant to the said letter dated 15.06.2019, LWs.1 to 7 in Crime No.2212074 on the file of
Ramakrishnapuram Police, registered for the offences under Sections 49BA IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of D'P'Act, were reexamined and supplementary charge sheet was also filed' 5.
The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are taken on record,
6. Since the letter dated 15.06.2019 issued by the Administrative officer, Telangana state Legal services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan, Puranahaveli, Hyderabad, has been acted upon, no relief as sought for, be granted in this writ petition' 7.
