THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 29945 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not conducting enquiry and initiating disciplinary proceedings against respondent No.4 in doing clandestine business and irregular distribution of essential commodities to the card holders of Fair Price Shop No.18 of Rajavaram Village, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

The petitioners have not filed a copy of the complaint along with the writ petition, but filed a copy of the proceedings, dated 15.07.2017, issued by the Tahsildar to the District Supply Officer, Visakhapatnam with reference to the representation of the villagers of Rajavaram, dated 13.07.2017. The Tahsildar is not a party to the present writ petition. When the Tahsildar, who is a competent person, took note of the representation of the villagers and brought it to the notice of the District Supply Officer, Visakhapatnam, it is for the District Supply Officer to take appropriate action. Even otherwise, the petitioner can bring it to the notice of the Revenue Divisional Officer, who is competent to regulate the activities of respondent No.4. The extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked for a grievance like this.

In the circumstances, this Court sees no ground to entertain the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:05.09.2017 kdl
