HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1954 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar PS, Medchal District, to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No.159 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, requested the court to permit the petitioner to surrender before concerned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal and on such application if any filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., the Presiding Officer, may be directed to dispose of the application on the same day, in accordance with law.

3. Acceding the request of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal, having jurisdiction over the area and on such application if any filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., the Presiding Officer concerned court is directed to dispose of the said application on the same day, in accordance with law.
