O R D E R
This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of bail to the Petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.1 in FIR No.748 of of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 112, 217 of the BNS, 2023 and Section 66D of the ITA Act, 2008.

The brief facts of the case are that, on 26.11.2025, the defacto complainant lodged a report before the police stating that the
- 2 - petitioner herein invested an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- in the app through clicking some URL app with the User-ID of the de-facto complainant. Later, the complainant came to know that the petitioner herein made false complaints in NCRP portal against the customers and the de-facto complainant. Hence, the complainant requested to take necessary action. Basing on the said complaint, the police registered a case for the above said offences. 3.
Heard Sri Mastan Vali Shaik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri M. Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the said allegations and the de-facto complainant has not lost any of the amount and has not invested any amount with the petitioner and basing on the false complaint, the police registered a case against the petitioner herein and produced him before the trial Court on issuing PT Warrant on 24.12.2025 and the material part of the investigation was already completed. It is further submitted that, in similar crime, this Court has already granted bail, as such, he prayed the Court to grant bail to him by allowing this criminal petition. 5.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
- 3 - petitioner stating that the petitioner herein is involved in several crimes and he lodged false complaints in NCRP portal against the customers and the de-facto complainant. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it appears that the petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2025 and in the present crime, he was produced before the trial Court on issuing PT Warrant on 24.12.2025 and the allegations against him are that he is raising false complaint against the victims in NCRP portal, thereby, gaining the amount from the victims. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the allegations, the stage of investigation, the duration of incarceration, this Court finds it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned IX Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, RR District, at Kukatpally.

The petitioner shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480(3) of the BNSS).

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
