The challenge is against the non-entertainment of a revision against a resolution. With the passage of time, we do not see that there is anything worth consideration in this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We also notice that the matters sought to be raised do not further survive for consideration before the statutory authorities. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition fails. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
