This petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.1906 of 2023.

Facts giving rise to filing of this review petition briefly stated are that the petitioner runs a stone crushing unit at Vattinagulapally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner submitted an application on 27.05.2022. Thereafter, the aforesaid writ petition was filed, which was decided by this Court by an order dated 04.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has not dealt with the main prayer made in the writ petition and has decided only the interim relief. It is further submitted that the writ petitions filed by similarly situated persons are pending.

We have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

From a perusal of the order dated 04.08.2023, it is evident that this Court declined indulgence in view of total ban imposed by G.O.Ms.No.111, M.A, dated 08.03.1996.

The main prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioner seeking consent to operate the stone crushing unit. In the absence of any challenge to G.O.Ms.No.111 M.A., dated 08.03.1996, no effective relief in the writ petition can be granted. The order under review neither suffers from any jurisdictional infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this Court in exercise of review jurisdiction.

In the result, the review petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
