HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension vide

proceedings No.871/APSHCL/MBN/2011-E dated 28.07.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is reinstated and is continuing in service as a consequence to the interim orders passed by this Court on 06.08.2012. In view of the subsequent reinstatement of the petitioner, the question of challenging the order of suspension does not arise. It is also represented that disciplinary proceedings are yet to be concluded.

3. Having regard to the fact that petitioner is already reinstated in service, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is accordingly closed. The regularization of period of suspension shall be subject to finalization of the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
