This criminal petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to grant prearrest bail to the petitioners/A.1 to A.7, who are apprehending arrest in connection with Cr.No.43 of 2017 of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'I.P.C.').

After arguing the matter for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction from this Court to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Magistrate having jurisdiction over the area and move an application for grant of bail, which shall be decided on the same day, without going into the merits of the case. Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Magistrate having jurisdiction over area and move an application for grant of bail, in which event, the Magistrate is directed to decide the same on the same day, after serving notice to the Public Prosecutor. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
