THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.286 OF 2018 ORDER:

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case giving liberty to file objections to the report given by the expert.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file objections and take appropriate steps as per law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
