This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking verbatim the following relief: " .....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or pass any other appropriate writ, direction, order(s) declaring the proceedings in Rc.no.35170/ 2005-H-1, dt.19-12-2005, issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential letter No.JCS/ 196/ 2008, dt.16-05-2008 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of provisions of the A.P.C.S. Act and also violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also violative of Principles of Natural Justice and to pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondents. No counters are filed by the respondents. Perused the material record. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 03.03.2011, passed in W.P.Nos.7162 & 8227 of 2006. A copy of the said order is placed on record. He would also submit that following the said order, this Court disposed of W.P.nos.3092, 3967 & 19550 of 2008, by a common order, dated 06.11.2017. A copy of the said common order is also placed on record. It is further

MSRM, J WP.No.19171 _2008 submitted that by an oral order, dated 17.11.2011, this Court disposed of W.P.No.16087 of 2007, following the judgment of this Court, dated 03.03.2011, passed in the aforesaid W.P.nos.7162 & 8227 of 2006. A copy of the said oral order is also placed on record.

Since the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders in the afore-stated batch of writ petitions, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, for reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 03.03.2011, in W.P.nos.7162 & 8227 of 2006, and in terms of the said order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order, dated 03.03.2011, passed in W.P.nos.7162 & 8227 of 2006, to this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
