HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A. No.1440 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

The instant appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and award dated 20.11.2014 was passed and the same is placed on record.

Therefore, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok-Adalat granting a sum of Rs.4,15,000/- (Rupees four lakhs and fifteen thousand only) towards compensation. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
