In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A3 and A4 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.59of 2017 of Women Police Station, Chariminar South Zone, Hyderabad, which was registered for the offences under Section 498-A, 506, r/w 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act..

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 7.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station,South Zone, Hyderabad and submitted that the case was withdrawn on 11.8.2017 against Accused Nos. 2 to 4 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.59 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
