wp_776_2002 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is field for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction, after calling for the records relating to the order dated 27.09.2001 in O.A.No. 8523 of 2001 on the file of Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, and quash the operative portion of the said judgment to the extent of paras V (a) to (e) as it is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and pass such other or further orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.
