This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.l222 of 2024 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Rangareddy District, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.l and 2, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 ofthe Indian Penal Code, 1860 \ 2.
Heard Ms.Swapna Priya, learned counsel representing t Ms.Anshul Agarwal, learned counsel for petitioners.

The said Court has taken cognizance and the case u'i s numbered as issued to the C.C.No. 1466 of 2025, rvherein summons have beir petitioners.

By virtue of the same, the cause in this crimirt Ll petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is c l, sed. However, petitioners ale granted liberty to avail the remedies tLr available under law, including the grounds which are pleaded in the cri ninal petition.
