THE HONOURABLE SRI WSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.832 OF 2024 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is' frted under Section 43g of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner - accused seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with unregistered crime on the hle of Hayathnagar Police Station. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State and perused the record.

The petitioner, who is the husband of respondent No.2 I - wife addressed a legal notice on 06.12.2022 asking her to I join his company, failing which he would proceed against her legally. The apprehension now is that the wife of the petitioner may hle a false complaint and he may be booked for the offence under Section 498-A of IpC and allied sections.

In the said circumstances, in the event of registering a crime against the petitioner and if the offences registered against the petitioner are punishable upto seven years, the Investigating Officer concerned is directed to follow the

procedure laid down under Section 4l-A Cr.p.C and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar u. State oJ Bihart scrupulously. The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigating Officer and shall attend before the Investigating Ofhcer as and when directed for the purpose of investigation by furnishing information and documents as sought in concluding the investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
