HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5264 of 2012 ORDER :

This revision is filed, under Section 115 of C.P.C., challenging the order, dated 27.09.2012, passed by the VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in S.R.No.3669 of 2012 in E.P.No.268 of 2005, whereunder the application filed under Order XXI Rule 58 C.P.C. was rejected on the ground that it is hit by resjudicata under Section 11 of C.P.C.

During pendency of the revision, the E.P. was disposed of on 07.02.2013. In view of disposal of E.P.No.268 of 2005, nothing remains in this revision for adjudication.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
