HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No. 19278 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that he filed revision on 29.04.2013 under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent against correction of entries in revenue records from the year 1992-1993. Though he filed the above revision in the year 2013 before the 2nd respondent, no orders are passed in the same. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Since the revision petition is pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
