ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.37334 of 2014, dated 05.12.2014.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and to that effect he has produced receipt issued by the Depot Manager, Bhupalapally, whereunder an amount of Rs.1,43,495/- has been paid to the petitioner towards his salary.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If there is any dispute with regard to the amount payable to the petitioner, he can work out his remedies in a separate proceeding.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
