This Criminal Petition is filed uMer Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short'Cr.p.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.1083 of 2020 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 1208 of Indian penal Code. 2.
None appears for the petitioners. perused the material on record. 3.
As seen from the complaint, the transactions appear to be civil in nature.

For the said reason, the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.1083 of 2020 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad is directed to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioners-Accused Nos.l and 2. Further, the petitioners - Accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 5.
