On 27.01.2020, when this matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption of 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session. However, even in the afternoon, none appeared for the petitioner. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
