HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9702 & 9720 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.5024 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 3rd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.165 of 2016 of Kothagudem II Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 306 & 506 r/w 149 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
