THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.1663 of 2020 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed to direct the respondent police authorities not to interfere with the civil rights of possession and title of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.2-20 gts in Sy.Nos.35 and 54 of Maheshwaram Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without reference to any lawful order of the competent Court and without following the due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 05.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, while denying the allegations made in the writ affidavit, submits that the respondent police authorities never went to the land of the petitioner nor involved in any disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. It is further submitted that till date no complaint is given by any individual against the petitioner nor any case is registered against the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the above written instructions asserts that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

Having regard to the above specific assertions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of respondent police authorities, no further orders are need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
